I understand where you are coming from. You don’t understand the reasoning. You understand the basics, so you repeat “the basics work” over and over again. And you not only do the basics, you insist everyone else does as well. And ONLY the basics. People that make progress outside of that box you insist we all stay on must be on a special steroid or an “immense amount of gear”, lying about what they do, just be genetically gifted, or all three.
